Overview of the Position:
Case Management Interns must demonstrate the ability to work with and establish a trusting relationship with clients and community service providers.
Responsibilities:

Participate in community events and activities to contribute to building a stronger nuclear with family
-
Be able to work some weekends.

Organize community network events.
-
Provide information, resources, and support to families.
-
Maintain daily progress notes on all activities and interaction.

Cultivate strong relationships with community service providers, schools, churches, and community partners to enhance referrals.

Facilitate dialogues that encourage community involvement in planning and decision-making.

Collaborate with the early childhood developmental programs based on community need to promote positive relationships, support positive child development, and promote family literacy.

Accompany clients to and from any of the following:hospital, home, foster care, family court.

Assist in maintaining the resource library.

Any additional duties as needed.
Requirements:
-
Attend a 2 or 4-year accredited institution
-
Major in social work or any related field
-
Strong interpersonal skills
-
Bilingual preferred (Spanish and English)

Proficiency in Microsoft suite and Google drive

Strong writing ability
