How do I see my family page?

Open My Family and sign in. Use the same email address you registered with. That is how we match your account to your registration.

If the page says it could not find a registration under your email, you may have registered with a different address. Sign in with that one, or contact us.

Your family page shows your children and their current sizes, and your pickup history.
