How do I change my phone number, address or my child's size?

Sign in to My Family. You can update your own contact details, address, emergency contact and preferred language, and each child's details, including their current size. Press save and you will see "Saved. Your details are up to date."

A few things only our staff can change: your login email, adding or removing a child, and benefits status. Contact us for those.
